There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to who gets the update and who doesn't. You would think the devices purchased unlocked, directly from Blackberry & not tied to a carrier should all be getting the update now, but they're not.

Agreed!!! Neither of my 2 factory unlocked devices have received the OS 10.3 update as of yet.

As of now Telus hasn't sent out the updates. Another Classic owner said he got an update today. I didn't think Classic or Passports were getting the big update today.

You know how hard it is to be living in Canada waiting on a Canadian Company like BlackBerry with 3 BlackBerry devices (Q5,Q10,Z10) and not one received an update. I mean why is "Canada" except for "Rogers" is last.

I mean if you was to win in lottery, why would you spend your money first with friends and than family...shouldn't it be the other way around? Anyway...still waiting in hope!

Q10: Bought from Amazon but AT&T branded (unlocked) using a Virgin Mobile Canada Sim Card.
Q5: Got it from Virgin Mobile Canada on contract.(locked)
Z10: Bought it from BestBuy Canada from a Telus Sale. (locked)

Will check for updates when I get back home, I am currently at work!
