Factory unlocked Z10 and Q10 from ShopBlackBerry and no update has been received on either device OTA or through BlackBerry Link.

Has anyone received the update here in the US? I have only seen it being received in locations other than the US.

I stick with it my carrier has released the update, with sachesi tells me is available for z10 100-2 but mine is a 100-4, phone its an unlocked branded verizon but using it under wind italy, can i use the 100-2 version?

1) It's coming soon or 2) check on their software update page for info.
Neither one tells you when.

Still Waiting here in Honduras, Central America, carrier Tigo (millicom international cellular s.a.) Today's upgrade to discriminate latin america (Central America, South America, the whole Caribbean islands and of course Mexico and the United States), was not mentioned update in the press release of Blackberry Limited, Why the update depends of the carriers? come on Release it!! Why not a world OTA Update Roll Out?. all the true fans and Blackberry believers are the most discriminated Today!! Simple, US operators like AT&T and Verizon began to sell Blackberry Passport and Classic between 20 and February 26, until after that happens, then we will see an update in the US, Latin America and Caribbean Islands. It is a business strategy from Blackberry Limited.

It's heartening to see people Tweet @TELUSsupport and voice their discontent around this delay. If carriers in Poland can get their act together, why can't Telus?

I actually really hope that more people tweet them, even if you aren't on Telus, as this whole Carrier Approval situation helps no one and is getting ridiculous with no end in sight.
