Tu Z10 fue comprado en movistar? Quiero aprovechar estos d�as para actualizar mi Z10-100 a 10.3 pero ya he probado con la sim de movistar, tigo y sin simcard y no me muestra ninguna actualizaci�n!

Andres, sos de argentina? El Z10 lo compr� en Compumundo, liberado. Luego le inserte el chip de Movistar. Prob� sacarle la sim, reiniciarlo y despu�s buscar actualizaciones y no hubo caso. Esperar� a que salga la actualizaci�n oficial y si no instalar� un leak...

Es que apenas lo anunciaron hoy. Va tomar un poco de tiempo para que se pueda bajar el nuevo os de BlackBerry. Puede ser en un d�a o una semana o m�s todo depende. Espero que se pueda ma�ana.

I am using z10 for the past 1 year & am quiet happy withnit.
After 10.2.1.3062 my phone hasn't showed any update. Am using stl-100.
tried using bb link also. all in vain.

Some providers are slow to pass on updates. Here in Australia BlackBerry isn't popular or pushed by the telcos, so they are slow to update. I believe they test the updates before releasing them, and they can take their time.

Be patient and hopefully your telco will come good. Or if you want, you can try the Sachesi method, but it's at your risk, although I haven't read much problems with it.

Just hooking on to this thread ( a bit late) I have just managed to download 10.3.1.1784 I am on Vodafone UK ...cant always see any difference with these updates of course apart from the major updates ...should I have noticed anything different ?
There are a few things I would like to see (wishes) in a BB software., Is there an official to log ones wishes......

Here with Z10 STL100-4 on verizon west coast usa. Still no update, ive been waiting 6 months still nothing. Have one year to go on contract and Leap is looking good to me, or a Z30

I finally got it on my q10, carrier is Videotron in QC Canada.

However, I'm thinking of going back to 10.2 as I'm experiencing random reboots and didn't like some of the UI changes (Icons are too small, hub takes too much space on the q10, among other stuff).

I have a Q10 SQN100-5 bought from Amazon that I am currently using on the Orange Network in Romania.
Since 19th of february I have been waiting for the 10.3 update. Until then, I have never used Sachesi or autoloaders.
I waited about two weeks, then I used Sachesi with my operator's credetials to update to 10.3.1.1565 from 10.2.1.3062. I experienced the classic post update effects along with the low-volume notifications bug which grinded my gears, because I missed a lot of calls, texts and morning alarms. Therefore, I used an autoloader (don't remember which build) which presetend the same low-volume notifications, until I switched back to 10.2.1.3062 with BB Link's option: Restore Device Software. Since then, I am happy with my device and its OS, but we are in April, more exatcly 18th (almost 3 month since the update started to roll out) and I still haven't received the update, which is kinda annoying. I tried to find the update OTA via no-sim/wifi-on method and with BB Link too, but nothing showed up.

Is the update rolling out for the shopBB and Amazon devices or not? as I said, it's a bit frustrating being left behind.
