    Yeah, unlocked Q5 purchased directly from BlackBerry updated Thursday with no issues. In Toronto.

    Just to add to all the confusion, we have two Z10's purchased directly from BlackBerry about a year and a half ago. STL100-3 for both. One updated to 10.3 Thursday, the other is still on 10.2. A Q5 and Z30 also purchased directly updated on Thursday as well. We are in Toronto. Sim cards in Q5 and Z30, carrier Bell. Now, can anyone solve the puzzle?

    I have a tmobile z10, I don't know if it's American or not, when I tried to unlock it the site stated it was Canadian which I found odd. Either way, I'm not using it anymore. Will the update still appear even if it doesn't have a sim card inserted and it just searches for an update via wifi?

    Same, factory unlocked Z10 on Wind in Canada, no news yet.

    I asked the same question, since only Bell customers received the update on their Z30's (or so I was told) I was able to find it on Sachesi with codes given by valuable members here:
    302 / 610 / Z30 + Classic / STA 100-5 (Replace with yours) then set to As Searched and download. I hope this works for you.
    Report back with results please.

    (I don't do Autoloaders, so I can't really comment on those)
