At BrandonQ10 haha, u ve went 3 states during yur CNY celebration for the update? ..purposely... I ve tried using the BlackBerry Link for the update also failed... maybe Malaysia not yet given the green light by BlackBerry for the update?

Haha..not purposely la..haha. Just coincidence, that I had to do a lil travelling during CNY, so just press the update button..no luck so far! Haha.

Yes turning off link did the trick! 10.3 is nice so far, feels a little weird as I was use to 10.2 but I'm getting to really like it!

I have a Z30 under Mobilicity. It was bought during the recent sale on shopblackberry. It has not received the 10.3.1 update yet. I have a Q10 that did receive the update from Rogers. I put my Sim in the Z30, downloaded a small 21meg 10.2.1 update. It says running the latest?! Any ideas? Is it true they are targetting specific ranges of IMEI so they dont overload the BB servers?

EDIT: Just read that Rogers has not pushed out the Z30 10.3.1 update yet! Still not certain why I am unable to access the updates since its a factory unlocked phone from shopblackberry

Got tired of waiting and did the update 1581 (os 2267) on my shopBB z30.

Did it first with sachesi had issues reloaded the OS with the autoloader (too easy) restored my stuff so far after 12 hrs everything is running smoothly.

Purchased the Passport from Shopblackberry and running on T-Mo LTE in Dallas. No probs with the OTA 10.3.1 upgrade I received yesterday. Had flickering after install..did a hard reboot and let phone settle overnight. Running great now but does anyone know how I get Dark Theme hub?

So popped my sim out, turned my ozone off, turned it back on, then dud a restart. Moment of truth....

2 minutes later... no update... yup it looks like we shopblackberry and amazon unlocked phones won't see a update for about another week or so.

There is no dark hub. We got played. It seems that all the other phones got played too. Only the classic and the passport and some Q10's, 5's and Z's got updated.

That would be one way of putting it for us who purchased factory unlocked BlackBerry devices from ShopBlackBerry. Especially based on the tweets Michael Clewley with BlackBerry posted last week. There was an announcement that those of us with ShopBlackBerry devices we would be getting the OS 10.3.1 direct from BalackBerry. When there was an acknowledgement there was an issue, Clewley tweeted they were aware of this and BlackBerry was working on "flipping the bits" to correct this. Evidently the end of work whistle blew on Friday in the tech department and they punched the time clock and went home. No surprise really, but I am disappointed with BlackBerry that no follow up information has been put out with where things are currently.

I checked out the Passport and Classic demos before they were available for sale running 10.3 last week with my rep at my AT&T store. They are both nice devices but the Passport is too big for my needs and the Classic isn't much more of a device than my Q10 in my opinion. To upgrade to either of these phones without experiencing OS 10.3 on my Z10 or Q10 is not something I'm ready to do. I'm not interested in loading a leak so please, those who read this and feel the need to recommend that, it's not necessary.

Hopefully BlackBerry will get their act together early this work week and push the update to us with ShopBlackBerry devices as promised. At the very least, put out an update as to what exactly is going on. It will be interesting, if and when it comes through, if it will have any of the many reported issues some are having.

The silence is making a terrible rollout worse. Clearly IMO this shows me Blackberry is working with a skeleton or caretaker staff, who just don't care anymore. I mean how hard is it to tweet out an ETA?

I gave up waiting on the official update and installed 10.3.1.2267 on my Z30 with an autoloader. I updated from leak 10.3.1.1154, so no huge observable changes but things do seem a little zippier, sound is better, and I haven't encountered any of the issues or disappointments some others appear to be having...
