I reached out to TELUS Support via twitter @telussupport, and they said they've been told the Passport update for 10.3.1 will be released next week.

Telus's Twitter says Z10 and Q10 are getting their 10.3.1 and not yet for Z30 or Passport. However, some people on Reddit are reporting that they're getting 10.3.1 on their Z30s. Haven't seen it myself on my Z30 so take that for all it's worth.

My Z10 on wifif not active since last year gets update. Z30 on Rogers does not get it at all....

Please don't blame BlackBerry or the Carriers, I got 3 BlackBerry Z30s, 2 in black and 1 in white, all were bought factory unlock. However, only 1 in black got the update. Carrier - Rogers, Location - Toronto, Canada.

According to my observation it's a wait your turn for this update. This process seems a bit annoying, but I guess that's how it is.

My mum, dad, and I all have BBs, and we are all on the WIND carrier. Mum has Q10, I have a Z10, and my dad has a Z30. My dad has just received the notice and has updated his software, but my mum and I haven't! I've tried updating via PC, BlackBerry Link, AND wirelessly - NO DICE. Each time it tells me I have the most recent version. Which I CLEARLY don't. Rage.

Hi there! There isn't going to help you much but I thought to keep you company: My wife and I each have a Z10 (both factory unlocked), her Z10 is on Rogers, mine on Wind. She doesn't care much for the update but got it yesterday evening. I'm here checking every 5 seconds for two days and, well, still checking......
