guys, im not sure if i need the update. when i go to Settings-About-OS on my bb z10, it says Software Release:10.2.1.537. but then it also says below that OS Version:10.2.1.1925. I dont know which version im actually runnung? also i dont know it i can get the update because I already have 10.2.1.1925?

One number is the package number which is 10.2.1.537 but the actual software is 10.2.1.1925. The package is like the box and the software is the gift

Nothing for the Q10 on AT&T. Although I read on a site yesterday that Verizon will get it on 2/4 and AT&T and T-mobile will get it on 2/10. So those of us on the big three in the states can stop looking for a week or two. Lol

They have, I stuck an old t mobile sim in and the update popped up. Still gonna wait for vodafail UK to push it out. If not by tonight then I'll just stick the t mobile sim in and update.

My phone is unlocked.
I have 4 sims at my disposal, my contract sim and 3 pay as you go no credit sims.
No sims show the update. I try with all 4
With sim in phone I connect to link, my phone is up to date on 10.2.0.429. Again I try with all 4.
Remove sim.
Start up phone.
Leave for 30 min with no sim but wifi connected.
Get notification of update.
Reboot phone put a sim back in follow link from notification about 10.2.1 update (note I have sim in)
Even following notification returns to your phone is up to date. Notification is gone.
Remove sim again. Leave 30 min wifi connected.
Get notification.
Dont boot phone dont put sim in. Follow link...
