No. It's an unlocked phone that was built for another service provider. The updates are released for models. If it didn't matter, then everyone else with a tmobile blackberry model would have the update right now.

Here in Germany:
My Carrier Vodafone is still on: 10.2.0.1803
E-Plus is still on: 10.1.0.4633

But E-Plus has cancelled Support for BlackBerry a long time ago - if I remember correctly.

I hope VF Germany will bring something newer as .1925 - I have that dumb Bug where it hangs for over 5 Minutes before the internal Timeout rise and the SIM Pin Entry Field shows up. And no, disabling the SIM Pin is no Alternative for me.

This with a few other minor glitches.

The last time, VF Germany and VF UK had not rolled out the first 10.2.0 Update as it was extremely bugged. Instead, around 3 Weeks later, they send out a Version with dozens of Bug Fixes. Fingers crossed it will be the same this time too.

Besides that: Already running .1925 with .1926 Radio since the first Day it arrived.

O2 CZ. They found some serious bugs with ActiveSync on 1925 and they waiting for next update (2003?). ETA is set on February end.

My fiancee running the 1925 leak on her Z30 got her update this morning on Rogers but myself, running the 1925 leak on my Z10 I don't see the love for an update for me

I didn't get the update, I'm running latest leak with 1926 radio and camera bar from the last leak that had face tracking. I would have thought that they would have tried to update some parts because it's from an earlier leak (camera), but I guess they went back even earlier than that build. Doesn't matter to me but it would have been nice to see if there was anything newer than the last leak that was inserted into this build.

I'm on TMO USA and I'm downloading the 10.2.1.537 update right now. It is 313MB in size. I do however have an unlocked Telus Z30 though. I have not tried any of my TMobile specific Z10's yet. I don't have them with me.

Did you put in a telus sim for it to work ?

So, I am with AT&T (living in Canada) so I inserted my Rogers SIM in my unlocked Q10. (same as I did to update to 10.2) Phone came up with an available update.....to 10.2.0.429 from my current 10.2.0.424. I didn't update. I'll wait a bit and see if the 10.2.1 update shows up.

Go to www.blackberry.com and it should let you update via Web if it fails first time remove sim and try again.

No update for me but I like my z10 leaky. well I get the notification when I go to the BB site but if I already have the latest leak I dont really see the need to do the official update. Im guessing a bit of carrier stuff but I delete that right away anyway.
