Absolutely unacceptable. Call the carrier and DEMAND something. This should not be allowed. On the other hand I wouldn't expect anything other then these antics from Rogers.

I phoned Rogers and the guy said phone tomorrow when the rest of the country is working and they will give me a couple hundred off!

Agreed. When everybody was freaking out, over the possible late March release of the Z10 in the US, I wrote that it could easily be sooner because each and every carrier will want to be the first out of the gate...my exact words. Only time will tell though. I hope it's soon.

i really can't wait for BB10, so excited!!
i'm still using my bold 9700 and it's beginning to type on it's own, so far it really has taken a liking to the letter "k", scary..
time to get a new smartphone, and it'll definitely be the BB Z10.

everything we've seen so far is really impressive, but im really excited for a few surprises, i'm sure RIM got some for us! looking forward to the launch
