Another user reports ~69 apps updated since the last official release. As this leak is dated from early October, it's still minor updates.

37 new apps compared to 2789.

Honestly, the subtle nature of these incremental releases do not necessitate a F&F tread.

How is the dialer app? Still slow and laggy, or it is fixed.

This issue is hard to answer objectively, as most people never had the issue to begin with. You'll have to try it yourself to know for sure.

And until you do a clean install with an autoloader, your answer to this question may not be completely resolved. If you have a nagging bug in your system settings, a blitz update will not necessarily fix it.

You gotta love BlackBerry, beep, swipe, swipe and you are writing reply.
Anyway, I could try with clean install, but then again, I'm kind of lazy person and Passport is just set up perfectly. And I use it as tool for work.
But it should be interested to test, if dialer lag is somehow related with fact, that contacts are synced with Google, Office365, LinkedIn, Twitter... and somehow deep inside I think, that that could be the reason for lag. But, as lazy person, I still hope for miracle with every update

It's faster than before and when dropping the call no noticeable lag seen. Updated from previous version via Sachesi.

I need an F&F thread. I've had some bugs with BB10 and a lot of people here are saying they are fixed now. So that's great! I just needed a good reason to install the leak. No lag in the dialer and none overall. That's enough to convince me.

That dialer lag has been making me insane the last few builds. Really tired of missing the first 5 seconds of what the other person says with every call.

And FWIW: I thought it was fixed with 2789 too. But it returned not much later.

Worse, I have to restart pretty much every 1-2 days now, or else the lag makes the phone almost unusable.

And the radio on Verizon is flaky (Z10), it drops the data session randomly. Have to either toggle airplane mode or restart again to get it to behave each time.

So if we are seeing consistent and longlasting improvements in these areas, that's very good.

It does feel a little bit better, but the Passport still consistently shows 1GB more as being used, than is actually shown in the list if you add up all the items.

    BlackBerry 10, Passport signed.
