From Malaysia. I am using two BlackBerry phones: a Z3 and a Q10. On my Z3 I had the Globes SIM card from Philippines and on my Q10 I had a Maxis SIM card.

Last night I received the software update on my Z3 but not on my Q10, which made me sad. I thought it was because my Z3 is a newer phone, that's why it received the update first.

This morning I realized that the reason could be the carrier! So I switched SIMs, and voila! I could get the software update on my Q10! Hooray

So far, I noticed it broke my bluetooth connection to my car. It keeps asking the PIN over and over again even though they are both correct. It connects after about 10 tries and after a couple of minutes it starts asking the pin again.

@ozfork FWIW I had an update of around 1Gb initially, bringing me to 2243 (I think) then a tiny 32k update bringing it to the latest version. Carrier branding maybe?
