Ok, so I was travelling overseas last week and did not want to update when remote.
I was receiving the OS Update notification frequently.
Back home now and I don't get the Update anymore, even when I go into settings and click on Check for Update, it tells me I have the latest OS ?
Any idea what its going on or how to get the update ?
I have tried restart, shut down, etc...
I have also tried connecting to Link , still no joy.

I was in the UK, now back in Canada.
I was getting Update Notifications in the UK, but not anymore that I have returned.
Wondering if there is some way to reset this or perhaps I have to reset the entire phone

Were you on a different SIM while overseas? Maybe the other carrier already released the update but not your local carrier. (There's a trick where you can insert another carrier's SIM and get OTA update from them, even though you're not subscribed to them.) You can always try removing the SIM /and/ checking over wi-fi or Link.

Maybe.. but even after all the sim and battery pull, the phone still says it has the latest software when its 10.3.0. Blackberry link is making no difference at all. It really is frustrating to the core... Just allow people to download the updates on their notebooks using blackberry link and update it.

They're not depending carriers as they used to due to the BIS services.

Bell released it, it showed up on Sachesi, but then disappeared.
There are people with Z30's who got OTA updates, what version is that?

Nothing yet on my Q5 (Telus). The CB article states that 10.3.1 on Telus was released for the Q5 but that's not the case.
