i do just as you said but still every time i load up 10.3.1 and update my apps and do my setup, i reboot just to test and it still looses all data is there a way to erase the rom or something of firmware update of sort?

If you update from link, make sure you chose only the update (non destructive) vs reloading the OS (that wipes the memory)... I just understood it yesterday.

Guys finally I updated to new os on passport. 3 updates were done of 470mb, 1.5gb and 73mb.

Till now no new problem. But there is problem with my contacts application from the starting.. it sometimes freezes and sometimes doesn't save the details. Some times in call logs all the contacts name disappear.. only their number is shown.. anyone got any news on this???

Yes I have found that too, 02 network in UK.
Not impressed ,I can hardly hear my phone at all,all volume seems to have been made quieter despite being on full ...anyone know if this can be sorted and how? TYIA.
If it doesnt get sorted the q10 is going in the bin!! Updates are meant to make things better not worse

I really don't have time to read 33 pages. Has anyone on Rogers running a Passport received the update? Could the fact that I have an unlocked Telus phone be affecting it?
