    How long is the upgrade supposed to take?

    After downloading from Bell Canada, it installed and then a message that the Z10 had to reboot. Now the screen is dark and the LED blinks 2 the 4, over and over. Did something go wrong or is it still setting up?

    Is/was your device fully charged?
    If not leave it on charger for a bit.

    still no luck in Australia

    I have a telstra sim, i have also tried a Vodafone sim - both no luck


    i tried plugging into Blackberry Link with both sims and without and still no luck


    any tips

    It was on the charger during the download and half of the install. It has since been put back on the charger for the last hour and a half. The LED still blinks twice and then 4 times, over and over. Is that a code?

    Get notification update today, I am on 10.3.1.2243 leak, only 8 mb.
    Feel smoother than leaked version and better RAM management, in leaked usually free ram 650-850 mb, but now in official 10.3.1.2243 always over 1gb free ram...

    Whatever it meant, holding down the power button for ten seconds seemed to clear out the roadblock. I then started to install, displaying the BB logo and the slowly advancing arc around it. After several minutes it finished and announced that 10.3.1 had been installed.

    Now to go and discover all the new features.
