Telus is the worst thing since the Holocaust. Ok, surely an exaggeration there, but you get my drift....guess I won't bother checking until next week (which is not "very soon" btw). What's pissing me off is when you check for updates and you get that "You have the latest software" message. Uhh, no...I don't.

I understand your frustrations but try not to be too mad. they are doing it as such so their own servers don't get overwhelmed. and it appears they are doing it by seniority by which devices came to their store first.

My Z30 on Virgin (Bell) finally got it despite it supposed to be coming from BB directly (since it was purchased from ShopBB). Oh well, at least it arrived. Wipe and clean setup time now.

If they really wanted to prioritize the release they'd roll out to their enterprise accounts first. That's where their BB money is, not some guy that has one old Z10 from 3 years ago, sitting in a drawer, while he uses his iPhone 6.

Wasn't BlackBerry supposed to launch the update for the shop blackberry devices directly? Or did I misunderstood something? I have a shop BlackBerry unlocked device but no update. Anybody any ideas?

I'm trying to update my os to 10.3.1 from 10.2.1 and the update gets stuck at 97% saying the software update interrupted. Any idea how to fix it?

I even tried factory reset, but still no luck!

For those of us in Saskatchewan, Canada on Sasktel it looks like the update won't be out until March. According to the sasktelsupport account on twitter.

It would appear as usual SaskTel support has no idea what is going on, Just got the notification of 10.3.1.1581 on my Z30

As has happened on one or two previous updates, depending on the version OS you started with, you may have had to update to an interim version to make your system compatible with the most current OS.
