Had a bit of a weird upgrade experience with my Z10. Got notification of the 10.3.1.1581 update (Canada, Rogers wireless) total d/l 1 GB. Okay, phone d/l and installs. No reboot, and then suddenly the phone goes back to now d/l a 1.5 GB file. Currently installing, so no idea why I had to get two updates (same version number as far as I can tell).

I had the same experience with my Z10.
There's still no update for my Rogers Passport, nor for my Z30.

Received 10.3.1.2243 on Passport Telstra (Australia) and 10.3.1.2243 on Classic Optus. Nothing seems to be showing for Z30 or Z10

No notice yet but update from Rogers was available when checking manually. In case you are wondering I have the extended length Z10. Correction, notice arrived at 2:02pm.

This might seem like a dumb question. If I bought an unlocked passport from BlackBerry and I use Rogers, I assume that I will still get the notification to update the OS? Yes?

hello my name is alexis and I have a blackberry z10 version stl100-1 was eager to try the new upgrade because the truth here in Spain because nobody uses blackberry, then it was a little tired of being lied to and is more I would buy a iphone but today when searching for the last time the update again decided to stay blackberry now we have nothing to envy to other operating systems I'm just annoyed at not having important applications like Instagram, Snapchat, and a version of facebook well designed and updated us need to have a facebook messenger like iOS 8

Hey Alexis, do you have Snap installed? Some android apps can be downloaded from the Snap appstore. There is a native instagram app on BB World called igrann as well as inst10 on the Blackberry Beta Zone app ( beta zone also available on BB World).

Head on to Google and search on how to sideload snap. Hope that helps!

Just got the update after manually checking and it is currently downloading, unlocked Passport purchased from Amazon on AT&T in North Carolina. The version is 10.3.1.1581 and a 495MB download. I am upgrading from the official SW 10.3.0.908 / OS 10.3.0.1418. I was hesitant after reading the complaints about low notification volume and screen flickering, but will simply downgrade with an autoloader if there are any issues.

Still nothing for my Z30 on Rogers in BC as of 0145 zulu. So maybe that rumoured tweet about next week for Z30 is true. I'm fine waiting to see if there's any issues.
