Just curious to understand how the updates are rolled out to the same device, in the same location, on the same carrier. Is it common for there to be a significant delay between users with otherwise similar devices/locations/carriers?

Nothing yet on my Z30. Tried with my kood sim and without. No luck!! If people are getting updates on Telus Z30, shouldn't I be getting it as well with or without Koodo sim?
Right now i'm on the leaked 10.3.0.908. Is this why?
