Hi, i'm getting tired of my keyone and I would like to come back to my passport. But I need for my job to be able to access to my outlook.office365 account. Are there any tricks to do it? It is impossible for me now to add this account on my Hub. Thanks for your help

With the updates to Office 365 you will probably need a working edition of firefox browser with the office 365 add-ins

If you're using MFA with your Office account you'll need to create an application password to add it to the Hub.

It will depend entirely on the security policies of your IT department. I run my own Office 365 Cloud Exchange server with multi-factor authentication (MFA), and it's no problem setting up my account in the BB10 hub. But, if for example, your IT team requires the Outlook mobile app, it won't be possible to use ANY third-party options, including the Hub.

You should be able to get your server settings from your IT department or from within the Outlook Web app.

I sync my email, contacts, calendar, tasks, and notes with my enterprise Office 365 account with zero problems on BB10, so it's definitely possible if 3rd party email apps like Hub or Apple Mail are allowed by your IT team.

After my department put the multi factor authentication, I was no more able to add the office 365 account within the hub..

    What could I do?

Something most people have forgotten with Office 365 and hub you will need an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator installed on your phone this will make things a lot easier
