Just went on FasTube to see an error msg. Some videos won't play now so I went to the stock browser app and same thing. I had to set it to desktop mode and now it works. Why though when I try to share the link some people can't open it and some can. Maybe older OS on their phone works and newer do not due to updates?
This is a very disappointing change and am very distraught. Not COOL Google!!!!

Can you add links with ones not working for you.
I quickly browsed the front page of YouTube and did not come across any videos that were not playing.

There was a bug just a few days ago, lots of people encountered it. Don't have the issue anymore though. Have you tried a hard reset?

Ok just did a hard reset but same thing. Must be the video. Don't understand why it only plays in desktop mode and not in FastTube?

Also confusing is when I share some people can open and some can't. The one that could had an older iPhone 4S. Ones that couldn't had a Moto Z and Play. My wife has an iPhone 6S and no go.

Nope. Still on 10.3.2. Did you update and Is yours an Autoloader or straight from carrier and which carrier?

I tried the link. It says video not available. Different then when it says not available in your country. This was also not how the videos didn't play a few days ago.

Works great for me. Most likely it's your device or the OS u using. Try updating it to 10.3.3 unless there is a specific reason not to.

Have just seen so many on here plagued with one issue or another like HUB flickering. I did not want to chance it for negligible improvements.
Not sure if they are all Autoloaders or legit releases from carrier.

I have not updated and probably won't given the number of issues that have been reported. I thought that may be your problem.

I had a similar issue a week ago that magically disappeared.

Hub flickering on 10.3.3 is Face10 being awful, uninstalling it fixes that.

As for "legit" releases 10.3.3.2205 is trickling down from some carriers, but autoloaders (the exact same files in a different method) are easier anyway.

Well now I'm just puzzed as to why this Happened. Well I will spend more time on YouTube for the next few days and see if it's just those older videos that don't play for me.

Question: did you play it in mobile or desktop mode?
