Hello,
I've searched several times and can't fin this answered anywhere. I have a passport running 10.3.1.747 software revision. I restored from my z30 file when I switched to this device. I was hearing the phone ding and would pick it up to see nothing new in the hub. I just realised yesterday that the notifications section is missing from my hub. I've done multiple reboots and searched for options but I can't find a way to make it come back. Any suggestions are appreciated. I know the notifications are appearing on the z30 as I'm still running it on wifi. I also know the common suggestion is to not restore from backup, but there's a lot of apps and settings I can't even download for the PP that are available for the Z30.

Have you made sure it's turned on in the hub settings.

I honestly don't see an option there to turn it off or on. Have checked several times.

Thanks, but I don't see that under settings while in hub.
I also don't see it using two finger pulldown: Notifications. Is there another submenu I'm missing? Can you confirm one menu up from the one you posted?

Go to your hub, press the three little dots bottom right, go into settings,then into hub management .

Thanks Withdrawal! You have confirmed what I thought. When I go back to my Z 30, "Notifications" is the first option exactly where you say, and where I was expecting it all this time. However, it's just not there on my passport. It's not an option. Any way I can reinitialize it I wonder?

Did you do an update of your os lately, or its always been missing.
Also do you have the hub icon, if not I think you can go to BBW and download the hub and it may show back up.

Hard to say if it was always missing, I think it was there when it first arrived but I wasn't using it much at that point. I installed the leak for 10.3.1 to match what was on my z30 and did the restore from the z30 backup. It's there on the z30, but MIA on the PP. I just tried using the hub icon, it just brings me to the same options unfortunately.

That's probably what is causing the problem doing a back up from your Z30 , you probably should load the newest leak 2072 that's out and set it up like a new device.

Was afraid of that. It's so much extra work and I just went through all that when I updated the Z30. I guess if it's the only option left than I have no choice. Thanks for the input. Very much appreciated.

Its not to bad, get Contactx from BBW and back your contacts up to your sd card, all your emails will resync when setting them up and all your apps will be on BBW to reload,

Yeah, don't put Volkswagen parts in a Cadillac.. they both use spark plugs...just not interchangeable....Same with os software between the 2 different hardware configurations on the Passport and Z30...

Just an update, I did the latest leak install and restored from full backup. Notifications is back as well as a bunch of unread ones that built up. Thanks for the input.
