I'm currently using Z10STL100-4/10.3.1.1016 and my notifications don't seem to sound at all, however if I have a headset plugged I can hear them through my speakers. whether it's sms, bbm, or calling I have no volume on my notifications, only with speakers plugged in. However my alarm is working just fine.
Any ideas?

I personally tried, multiple times, autoloader with/without restore, and still experience notifications issues. Tried it with. 821, .1016, and (still on). 938. Notifications not working correctly with calendar and texts. Moreover, whenever I hard reset or battery pull, notifications reset. Never experienced prior to 10.3.1

Go to your notifications for your active profile check if your apps are set to override your active sound settings
