I have BlackBerry Link, a Z10 and a PC with Windows XP SP3.

Link sees photos on the Z10 via wifi but I cannot sync to PC using wifi.

The SD card and internal storage do not mount or get recognized by wifi.

Even when I connect by USB cable I have to turn off the wifi connection for the Z10 volumes to get mounted and recognized and the media sync to work.

Has anyone seen this problem and have a solution?

Have you dropped the WiFi and reloaded it?

Yes seems to only sync when I turn off Wifi on the z10 and connect by USB cable.

This however defeats the purpose and convenience of syncing over Wifi.

Because of this I can only access the SD card and internal memory of the z10 using a USB cable, not Wifi.

I also have this same issue.
I think it has something to do with my FibeTV Bell Connection hub modem/router
I have my laptop and z10 connecting wifi
I have not tested if it works if laptop is connected through ethernet.

how is your setup?

I only realized today that not turnning off WIFI is the culprit that my Z10 storage volumes could not be mounted on PC or by Blackberry Link.
