    So I upgraded to 10.2.0.1743 more than a month ago. Everything was going great but now I don't receive notifications for texts. In the hub, it shows me previews for texts I received more than a day ago. The only way I can see new texts is if I click on the actual text and let it load a new one.

    Any help? I've already hard reset the phone.

    I have 1791 with 1792 radio working fine, I set up my daughter's the same way but had problems with the phone dropping calls so I installed the 810 radio and it fixed her issues. Try updating your OS?

    Yeah. I'm gonna upgrade to 1791 right now. Would it make sense to use a 10.2.1.XXX radio file?

    10.2.1.1055 is released. it's installing on my z10 as I type. That would probably be a better bet as you wouldn't have to update again so soon!

    I have the same problem here... Were you able to fix the issue?
    I have already tried security wipe, reloading the os using blackberry link, and installing a newer leaked os, but neither of them worked!
    BTW I'm running 10.2.0.1803 release 10.2.0.429
