Hey, I have been trying since yesterday to get 10.2.0.424 for AT&T after I read that people were starting to get it on AT&T. I just kept getting that I have the latest software. I have tried several methods. I've checked on wi-fi, LTE, restarted my z10, hard reset, nd I even tried all these options today in the morning. But after all that, I still don't have the update notification. Can anyone here tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I believe those people had unlocked phones that were purchased outside of the US.

So people who have a locked z10 with AT&T don't get the update?

You need an unlocked at&t z10, and an international sim from a country that 10.2 rolled out. Or an unlocked z10 from Canada, and a t-mobile sim to update.

So in reality, AT&T hasn't pushed the update?

Not to my understanding. I could be wrong, but I have been obsessively pressing the software check without receiving an update from at&t.

your running 1725 a newer version leak then what the carrier is supporting. Downgrade to a lower leak install then 424
then you will get the updated version.. Or brick the phone and use Windows Explorer to reinstall the updated version.
Info on how to do that: How to reload the OS on a BlackBerry Z10 or BlackBerry Q10 | CrackBerry.com

    Good luck..

AT&T has not officially released the update (& won't until "Winter")
    Unless you have:
    1. An unlocked BB10 phone, and an international SIM card from a country that has rolled out 10.2.
    2. An unlocked BB10 phone from Canada, and a T-Mobile SIM card to update.

HOWEVER If you don't have the above (& It doesn't sound like you do) You can still get the update by doing what they say to do here:

I've bought an unlocked Z10 in Canada, but I can not update to 10.2. Actually I have 10.1.0.4184 and the Carrier is Vodafone Albania in Europe. What's the matter, please?
