Hello guys,
Today, I encounter an issue while messing around with the notifications. For some reason I'm unable to change BBM's notification, it is grayed out. Look at the image below to see what I mean.

Click on ur BBM icon and input your blackberry ID on the startup

I had that a long time ago. During beta testing an OS version.
Make sure your bbm is up to date in bbw
Can try side loading an older version of bbm( this will work as a reinstall since you can't uninstall bbm) then upgrade in bbw.
If that doesn't work. You will probably have to wipe.
