No wonder BB10 sales are low...

It's difficult to buy one if you try!

I have a Z10 that I bought from Phones4u in January. I want a Z30. Phones4u no longer sell any BB10 devices, just an ancient 9320.

When I asked about this I was told BlackBerry no longer make any bb10 devices. Utterly ridiculous. I told the salesman this and said of course they still make them, they just brought out the Z30 last month! He said they no longer have any bb10 devices and won't unless BlackBerry send them any.

If one of the leading phone stores in the UK no longer sells BlackBerry devices, what chance have they got??

Hi!! I agree totally!!! Try walking into a Verizon store here in the US! They do whatever they can to talk down BlackBerry and steer you somewhere else! I say we should get a new sales force of BB salesmen and place them in all the carrier stores!! I know it sound ridiculous but they are so ill-equipped to answer any questions. (EXAMPLE_ BB doesn't make any BB10 devices like you heard!)

Here in Brazil the same, only one carrier (Claro) has it at some showrooms.
The largest one - VIVO - tell the same history, that BlackBerry does not produce handsets anymore, so they don't sell and try to sell you an iPhone or some Android phone.
BlackBerry marketing is a total fail, here

How hard is it to understand that they are not going to stock a product that isn't selling?!?!

My local Bell store doesn't even have a working demo for the Z30, last time I stopped by and asked the salesman who is very pro BlackBerry and uses a Z10 for his personal use quietly complained to me how frustrated he is trying to sell a product that no one can hold in their hand to evaluate.
