    Using Microsoft Excel to create documents for work on home pc, when I send myself the document or to a customer is will not let me open it, says "no viewer available".... what does this mean? and how to I save it to be able to open on z10? Thanks!!!!

    Yes there is a setting on your pc you have to change, i had to do it at my work, i'm trying to find what i did, as soon as i figure it out i will come back if no one has answered by then,

    you can try this, it helped with me,


    Symptoms
    Recipients notify you that the e-mail message you sent appears to them as a message with an attachment called winmail.dat.

    Cause
    You are using the Rich Text message format, which the recipient's e-mail program cannot interpret correctly.

    Resolution
    Send your messages in either HTML or plain text format.

    Send messages in HTML or plain text format
    On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click Mail Format.
    Under Message Format, in the Compose in this message format list, click HTML or Plain Text.
    Click OK.

    For the documents you send to yourself, create a Dropbox or Box account. You can open them with no problem.

    For the emails, an .xls file should be able to save to your documents folder first, then open using Kingsoft.

    If it's a basic spreadsheet, use the option to "save as excel spreadsheet 99-2003" when you save. It reverts to the old file format instead of the .xml based "xlsx" type.
