which apps have done this? I update 10-12 apps a week that are Android and all mine have worked.
Are most of them games? Also are those downloaded from amazon app store or snap

From Snap. MySupermarket and SwiftCars London are 2 examples

Hardly mainstream apps I know but annoying all the same when they initially work before updates.

Swift cars London working well in my phone. But couldn't find the other app in snap. I think it's region specific.

I just use a few Android apps and haven't had any problems. Which OS version do you have?

Personally, the Android base OS is evolving to KitKat 4.4 and soon beyond, to what ever the next generation is. Jellybean is dropping to the wayside. Just like BlackBerry 10.0.. Once again we are getting left behind and BlackBerry needs to add more advanced Android functionality to the BlackBerry present OS's.. I was afraid this would happen back when APK's could be directly loaded in 10.2.. Soon we will be no better off then we were. Blackberry add more advanced Android functionality.. Hell, over a year after the release we all are still looking for a good stable OS 10 that works flawless across the board with great battery life support. How many dang versions of OS 10 are we going to have to try or tweak hybrid to get some where close. JMO..
I don't run many Android apps mostly tools but still pisses me off when one doesn't work and then see it's for next level Android OS only.. Humph.. Off my box and BlackBerry still kicks Drulid booty.. lol

Something that gets overlooked all too often.

Wow wow, hold your horses please! I think this is a bit exaggerated. The android implementation in BlackBerry 10 is awesome, can't you see that? This is a full Android system, apart from Google play services, inside of another system. It's genius! Of course, if you want a fully working android, then go to android. Period.
And about the OS updates, you are not looking at the whole picture. BlackBerry OS10 exists for about a year and a half now, and In that period BlackBerry has greatly updated the software three times, with a fourth one on the way. Look at Apple, they release a major update once a year. Jeez. If you think BlackBerry is letting us behind, think again. They are a smaller company without all the resources the major companies have. They are hard at work to keep us updated with new things, sometimes a bit harder than other companies.
So I think they are doing a great job.

I only have one application which is presumably the Google Android version based upon the installation message. Print Hand so I can print documents from my BlackBerry Q5. However, we still have no means to print natively from the email application or any other application. While I would prefer the developer of Print Hand had continued supporting their native BlackBerry OS 10 version at least I can print dual sided on a printer that claims no such capability. Hewlett Packard isn't the engineering company of yesteryear.
