    I did search and do remember some comments on no sound on videos on 1047, but was there any solution. I loaded some videos and they play fine but there is no audio. Tried reboot and checked all my volume settings, still no solution. Also tried headphones still no audio. Is there any solution or workaround? I am on 10.2.0.1047 on a Verizon STL-100-4. Thanks for any advice.

    I'll be honest, I have not heard of or experienced this issue on my STL100-4 device.

    For me all kinds sounds crashed for me. Also, if you sure that these videos had sound before on your phone please try to make a hard reset. If still not working, I advice you to reload the OS.

    You tube has sound. Video's had sound prior to putting on phone. I am going to try a video in a different format and see if that works. I have not tried a hard reset yet.

    Converted from avi to MP4 and now plays with audio.

    I'm guessing the old videos used an AC3 codec. That support was removed due to apparent licensing issues.

    The best combination I've found is H.264 video with AAC audio.

    my phone no audio at all in music, videos and others even if i get the profile to normal also no sound at all
