No problem whatsoever, we have to be patient guys, even when I updated my Ipad mini to ios 7 it took longer to reboot than with my z10.

I personally do not think updating with BlackBerry Link is a good idea only use to back-up your device.

10.2 update is less troublesome than the 10.1 MR update imo, what do you guys think?

And I've looked at the problems with 10.2 post, and tbh a lot of them are not real problems but user induced errors which I think can indirectly disrupt the update imo

I've had no problems either. Kind of comforting to know I am not alone.

Was a big update. Installed it overnight when the phone was plugged in.

I've had no issues with 10.2 on any of my devices, it's been fairly smooth sailing.
