    I'm trying to purchase an app (Parrot) but when I confirm the purchase, I keep getting this error. I have my PayPal account linked and verified already. I have made purchases with it in the past with OS 10.2. Has anyone seen this before?

    You have to set it up from your computer using BlackBerry desktop software via the BlackBerry attached to it.

    Google the procedure. I had the same issue and I had to go through the steps to make it work.

    There is no payment option in BlackBerry Link software.

    It's through your browser, mate. PayPal's pre-approved payments only last for a year, IIRC, so you have to renew it on the desktop site. No idea why it can't be done from the device.

    Thanks for your help. I went to PayPal's site and noticed I had a pre-approved payment with "Blackberry Commerce" with today's date. I also received an email confirmation from Paypal with the same id.

    I wanted to start over, so I deleted the Payment Option from my device, and then added it again on the device. On Paypal, it did not cancel/delete the older pre-approved payment. It then showed 2 pre-approved payments with today's date, so I cancelled the older one. There is now only 1 pre-approved payment from "Blackberry Commerce" which is the one I created last. So I tried to purchase again, and I still get the same error message.

    Not sure if this has nothing to do with it, the screen that reads "Processing..." takes a long time and sometimes just gets stuck.
