You can make the Text, Calendar and Contacts apps in Dark mode but there is no ONE app to make everything a Dark theme. Individual 3rd party apps sometimes have a dark mode setting but that's the best you can do.

Saw some blue filter apps at the Play Store. Not sure if they're compatible with BB10 devices.

Those Android night mode apps will only work if you're in an android app. They won't work within the home screen, settings or in BB10 native apps.

You can manually change the colour temperature of the display if you want to, for working in the evening:

Settings, Display, Display Colour Settings, White Balance
