Has anyone else noticed that the hockey scores and standings are no longer visible on the NHL GameCenter app? Has this app been discontinued on BlackBerry?
I'm running 10.3.1 on a Z30. Worked fine before the update.

Yes they have dropped support for BlackBerry. The android app works pretty well for me.

The native app is a lot better, I agree and it does work just have to find the bar file or follow that link I put up.

Do game/score alerts work on either version of the app (android or native)? They haven't for me using the native app on my Z10 running any OS. I just got a Classic and used this direct link to install it from BBW - NHL App @ BBW

Hab fan here on my new Classic coming from a Bold 9780. Can't seen to download from that BBW link, getting a network error. What am I missing? I don't know how to sideload yet...is that the issue?

hmm...If I click on the link I posted from my computer I do get an error, but the link works from inside the CB app or the browser on my Classic. I wonder if it works because I previously had it on my Z10 or that I am on verizon.

That's odd. I could never find the Nhl app in BlackBerry world until that link was put up. I was under the impression it was pulled from BlackBerry world.

Link took to me to BlackBerry world and downloaded the app unfortunately live game streaming doesn't work. Radio does and all other features. I tried it on my passport with latest update.

No go on my Z30 also. Still running 10.2.1 on that phone.

Anyone have a working apk of android Nhl app? Only one I have keeps asking me to update the app.

I was never able to find it on BBW either, and it doesn't come up in a search now. Opened both links from the CB app and they take me to the app download on BBW but clicking on download brings up the network error message. Was disappointed that it wasn't in BBW and would be great to have it.

I have no idea if the paid features work but I know the app works for 10.3.1.

If you're on 10.2.1, I have no idea if it works, I can't test it anymore since all my devices are on 10.3.1.

I am getting this particular issue ever since I went to 10.3.1 on my Q10.

The app doesn't show the scores as they almost appear blurred out. The other features such as articles appear to work ok.

I tried deleting the app and re installing it only to find I couldn't find it in BBW and re installed via the link here.

I then did a search and came across this thread and decided to post.

Sorry I guess I tried to add a screen shot of what I was referring to and it didn't work.

On my NHL Game Center App the scores don't appear on the "schedule" tab. There are a few other headlines and stuff.

Off topic but I have tried in the past to attach a picture on my posts and it doesn't appear to work. Anyone able to provide some assistance?

I've managed to get the Android app working by patching through Cobalt's GMaps patcher. This is the Canadian "Rogers" version but I login though my NHL account. All seems to work - it gets rid of the nagging about Google Services.

I took a few screenshots, this on Z30 10.3.1. This includes the live games. Too bad the Wild lost...

Has been working for me for a month or so.



Hope this helps people out - it took me a while to figure it out.
ETA: APK on Google Play is com.nhl.gc1112.free if anyone needs the apk to patch.

Wow awesome, do you still have the patched apk?

I'd be very grateful if you could upload to Mega or Mediafire for all of us to use.

I've been using the native one on my Z30 for months trying to read the faded scores.
It also seems a little slower than it should be.
