i'm going to go ahead and drop my speculation here now....

10.3.3 will come with android 4.4 or 5.0 rt

    it's coming with the slider...

and just to keep on topic as everyone else...it's the last bb10 os we are going to see. it's going to set a self destruct countdown timer on legacy bb10 devices so that they stop working after dec 31'st, no if no but no maybes, this is the definite truth and nothing but the truth.

Will 10.3.3 for all..... ? Or for updated hardware device?

    Posted via CB10
Only hardware with updated hardware is the Passport, and the Z30 but not by that much. So, unless only Passport and future devices with updated hardware get updated, then all BlackBerry 10 devices should vet updated except for maybe the Z3.

BlackBerry itself. After three years of road map for new features of BlackBerry 10, they stopped providing a road map for developers. If they added something to the road map this month, it will be 6-9 months before anything is released. That means the platform will be stagnate for almost 18 months which you cannot do in the fast moving software world. They have also posted that developers should supporting other platforms. They officially stopped supporting Qt5 for the BlackBerry 10 platform but are supporting it for QNX. You can't move BlackBerry 10 platform forward when a major component of isn't being supported. They also laid off the developers of the UX for BlackBerry 10. You can also see in the jobs that they are offering, nothing to do with BB10, everything to do with QNX. In the IT world, once this happens, it is end of the line for development of the platform.

Unfortunately, I think you've nailed it.

I love my Passport but looks as though the next one will not be a BlackBerry.

10.3.3 is BB10 with the Android runtime removed.

This is necessary for OHA certification of furture BlackBerry Android devices.

    Posted via CB10
I'll be very happy to get rid of this hybrid OS and android runtime removed! Are you sure it will be removed? Please xplain

Where are people getting these remove Android runtime support ideas from???
They openly advertise Android Apps, BB World has Android Apps, they have an agreement with Amazon and it's heavily integrated with the OS... don't be daft.
We don't want android apps! They ain't even compatible with it! No custom sound! No hub integration! Lack many other features which are in BlackBerry native apps! Not emoticons! Slow not fluent and fast as native app! Blabla!

    Speak for yourself.

Most of us want the Android apps because otherwise we wouldn't have the apps we want and sometimes need.

All of my Android apps work reasonably well and have Hub integration.

Wishing native apps into existence isn't going to make it happen.
