I've made no such assumption. I've just decided that what I've seen of this build is a little underwhelming. And even if it turns out that there are enough features that it can go toe to toe with Google and Siri, it's still in need of a UI overhaul and there's little time for that, now.

For me, at least. Too homogenous with the dark grey and a tad harsh with the contrast of the blocky white text boxes. Then there are the special boxes for actions like calling or texting that are in yet another style with gradated title bars and rounded corners. Then there's the confirmation sounds, using dull tones that never ceases to make me think that it's going to reply "sorry, didn't catch that" or "couldn't connect to the server". Broken? No, but it could've been much better executed, IMO.

No harm in picking apart something that will cost me several hundred dollars that I'll be stuck with for two years. I have my nitpicks about Android and iOS as well.

once i've got my hands on the Z10, Mr big hand better not remove the videos...
coz I'll be repeating his hand moves and practises on my phone using his video as guide..
