    The new update number is 10.2.1.2104 and the previous one is 10.2.1.537

    Or is the suffix causing the confusion? 10.2.1.2102 vs. 10.2.1.537

    If so, think of it as 2,102 being higher than 537.

    *** 2014? Should that be 2102?

    I am on the airtel network in india as is my wife. She has a z10 and she got the os update but I have a z30 and I still haven't got it...please help

    The release for BlackBerry Z30 might not be ready for public use yet or the functionality contained in the release for BlackBerry Z10 does not apply to the BlackBerry Z30. The former possibility seems more realistic.
