Updated to the latest 10.3.2.2474 last night from 10.3.1.1784 and now Jetpack Joyride no longer runs. It loads up on screen but will not do anything from there.
The Android version still works ok but I'm not so keen on that.
Oh dear, what am I to do? I had purchased all the goodies and accumulated well over 2,000,000 coins.
And yes, I have tried several hard resets.

you can try going backwards on 10.3.2 a few OSes...can't go too far back and see if any of them work. Or maybe just use the Android one
You can also contact the developer but I wouldn't expect much of a reply.
Was this in BlackBerry World? Was it pulled? Don't see it there.

Yes, it came from BBW but it was well over a year ago when I downloaded it.

Too bad it's gone. I hoped maybe a selective backup, reinstall of the app, and restore of your progress might help.

Yes, I do have that loaded and use it occasionally but I prefer the BB10 version.

Update :-
Deleted the game and then found it in "recently viewed ".
Reinstalled it but it still didn't work.
Oh well, end of an era.

Jetpack Joyride hasn't worked forever on BB10. Nothing to do with latest leak OS.
It will load and it will look like you could play it, but the touch controls won't register. You can't tap the screen.

It worked like a dream through 10.2.1 & 10.3.1 on my Z30. It's only after loading 10.3.2 that it's stopped working as you describe quite accurately.
