so my question is --- i haven't receive the MR update from my carrier. if i install this leak will i still get software update notification from my carrier?

That's strange, works perfectly for me since updating to 4633.

Those commenting on battery life, here is a day of mine with an IMPORTANT side note - I have an odd 0.2W drain due to my university wifi connection.

In addition, the train travel at the start and end of the day is very heavy on the battery.

I basically got a good 9 to 9.5 hours put of a full charge - which is very much acceptable given that I have that odd bug plus the commute. In fact, it is very good.
