    Im bitting the bullet!

At present i have 10.2.1.1929 on Z10 STL100-3. I just upgraded to 10.2 two days ago and i later realized that i lost couple of icons: music, movies, Docs To Go, and Alarm is not popping up when click on it too. I have been trying to load 10.2.1.1259 but with no success. I am stuck at the point where i double click on the downloaded .exe and the black window popped up with "Connecting to Bootrom:".

Thats where it ends. It didnt connect to my phone which i connected with USB and my wifi is on. Im using TMobile Z10. Please help me out.

I have a similar issue. I upgraded from 10.2.0 to 10.2.1.1259 on my Q10. When I try to restore data, BB links gives an error that make sure your device is connected. Please help anyone
    10.2.0 backups won't restore on 10.2.1. Only 10.2.0 to other 10.2.0 OSes & 10.2.1 to other 10.2.1 OS.

I just downloaded 10.2.1.1259 and this is the first time I've installed a leaked OS before. I'm on Verizon and got sick of 10.1 since I started getting errors on it (my new SMS wouldn't load unless I rebooted the phone). Everything is going well so far after my backup got restored onto my phone, except now I can't connect properly to my BB ID and unable to use BBM. I've peaked at a few pages and noticed some people had this problem as well, but haven't investigated too much since there's a lot of pages. Anyone know how I can fix this?

This is a very old leak. You should download the latest leak. 1925. It's far more stable and I haven't had any issues with it yet.

guys i just updated to the official 10.2.1 from the 10.2.1.1055 leaked version. My question there will be any references to the leaked version or this is an 100% official update i've installed on my Q10?

I'm asking this because the first time i installed the .1055 leak my device has rebooted itself for several times and after this update its happening the same.

It reboots when i unplug the power cord, it reboots when i try to open SNAP, it reboots when i'm trying to run an android apk.

I've done a battery pull and so far my Q10 haven't rebooted again, is this a normal occurrence?

That's not normal, have you tried wiping the phone? I would recommend a wipe and it would probably be a good idea to not do a restore until you can confirm that the issue does not come back. If it doesn't I would then do a restore with out the settings.

if i do the update via BBlink it will wipe completely the leaked version and install the very last official update right? I had previously tried to update via link but i got an error downloading at 98% it seems more users are getting the same problem.

I would do a wipe first then try to duplicate the problem. If that doesn't work then I would try to use an autoloader.
