    Same here. I've been downloading for close to 20mins and it's still on 35% or so.
    It's just too slow. Or maybe I should wait a few days before attempting to download?

    It's says unsubscribe for BBM Channels does that mean with the beat you no longer have access to any channels.

    I didn't unsubscribe and had no issues. Channels is still there.

    I just fixed it. Go to beta zone on desktop. Choose the bbm beta section. Download the keyloader for bb10. Plug in your phone. All fixed.
