Except it fixed the Runtime Bug.

It was a "patch" to fix an issue that they let slip through to the unlocked devices.... not sure how many carriers every pushed it out.

Which is really all we are going to see is minor fixes, they made it clear to developers that the RUNTIME was not moving beyond it's current Android level anytime soon. If they were going to do a major update, we would know well in advance.
