    I have Q10 and Z10 St 100-2, and both worked perfect until yesterday.
    Today, I woke up and saw my Z10 has gone in sos mode, emergency mode to be specific. It was on 3g mode.
    I pull the battery out, same thing.
    Put it on 2g only, it worked, got my signal back, but...I can't make or receive calls, nor text messages. WiFi works perfectly.
    I pulled the battery again, insert it, afterwards I can make calls but only for a few seconds. Then it's say that I have full signal on 2g (on 3g is still on emergency mode) but still, I can't make calls or text messages but I can use mobile data!!

    Same thing happened to my Q10, but I took it to the service center cause is my primary phone, so I need it fast. I still waiting for response.

    Is this possible? That something happened to both of my devices over night on two different carriers!?

    On z10 I tried following :
    Soft than hard reset
    Different sim cards from different carriers
    Wipe
    Reload on Link
    Autoloader flash
    Flashing different radios

    Same thing occurs. I'm on latest software os....

    One more thing: I didn't install or update any app for over week, so it's not that, and don't have a single android app installed.

    Which networks? I know that AT&T and Cricket were down for a lot of people yesterday. I was without service for 12 hours.

    No, it's MTS Telekom in Serbia. They just called me from service center, they have replaced sim slot tray, the problem persists.

    I don't know what to do next...

    This is the issue with 10.3.2 . x.
    Many users facing same issue,its not hardware. BlackBerry is not acknowledging the fact. Don't waste money on hardware fix.

    I am in same boat here.
    India, tried different carriers.

    I had the issue with my passport running 10.3.2 and had to run to replace the almost 2 year old phone with another one. The new one is running 10.3.2 as well with no issue

    Don't think it's the software. Maybe carriers are pushing the customers off the BlackBerry phones.

    I myself love bb10 and the passport especially.
