89 % battery health is not that bad, must be some other reason.

Check your battery health through BBVE, it comes preinstalled on the phone.

BBVE is not always reliable. For example, it shows me how many storage space I have left on my SD Card, which is strange 'cause I don't have an SD Card.

True, but the more data the better in cases like this.

Both battery tests seem to show your battery as being fine. Can you open the Android app you have installed and then close it through Device Monitor and see if that helps?

I'm on 4G all the time for a while now since I got way more data to spend now and I don't notice any battery draining on my Passport. I charge it overnight and use it from about 6 AM till about 0:30 AM and I still got somewhere b/w 20-50% left around 0:30 AM. I use it most of the day b/w the hours I've mentioned.
So no, 4G doesn't drain battery.
First: I didn't mention 4G at all. Second: if you don't detect a difference in energy consumation between cellular network and wifi this doesn't mean that this is everywhere the same. This depends a lot on the structural conditions of your concrete cellular network and the provider. In the very most cases using wifi saves a lot of energy.

I find depending of the charger makes a bit of difference. If I charge with the USB cable through my laptop or a USB port it doesn't last. If I charge through the OEM it is normal but if I use my playbook charger, it last longer. Mind you, if I use the phone on calls, it drains my battery quick. I have a Z10.

Omg, its a spam app! No software can determine health of the hardware unit. There is a godzilion apps that claim that can increase battery life or cure battery when has bad sectors.

You don't have bad battery, its normal to get 9 hours of usage, for god sake, just switch to GSM/2G network mode and you'll see that you can get extra hour or two. 3g or hspda is real killer, cause it constantly searching for signal and let you use both network and internet at the same time (just make phone call on gsm network and you will see that you dont have data connection at that moment) .

So, turn of 3g/hspda, and use wifi for fast browsing
