Set Separate Automatic Replies for Your Internal and External Contacts: You can set an automatic reply for contacts within your organization and a separate automatic reply for contacts that are outside of your organization. You must have a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync email account added to your BlackBerry device that supports internal and external out-of-office notifications. You can also set a date range during which time automatic replies are sent.

Didn't understand anything. Can anyone tell me is it available for normal user who is not into bes server?

It needs a real MS Exchange account. For example, an Outlook account would work (and does). However, a GMail account would not. It's not ENTIRELY BES based but some of it is. With say Outlook, you can set automatic replies but it doesn't allow you to select specific contacts. You can just set one generic auto reply. You would need BES to make it fully applicable to all contacts internal and external.
