I'm trying to connect my email account ... the Q10 is new to me ... and a challenging learning curve. I've set up the server address (it's a POP setup), port No., SSL-off, user name, password, SMTP username, SMTP password, SMTP server address, SMTP port No., and SMTP encryption-off. I have verified all settings with my email service provider (ATT). The setup fails with the msg that the Q10 can't connect to the SMTP port number. All settings triple checked but same result. it appears that I'm missing some setting peculiar to the Q10. Any suggestions. JLM

Which account are you using? Outlook, Gmail, yahoo?

Edit: sorry... it seems you are using ATT, right?

AT&T still offers email? You actually have an @Att.com email address?

I used to setup Yahoo Mail! and Hotmail on my Passport, but it failed because BB10 security does not match with service provider. Then I cant get that emails
