Now with the 10.3.1 rolling out, I need some help in updating my phone.

I just want someone to help me out in the steps to take before hitting the update button. Will blackberry link backup include remember, password keeper, my apps, contacts? Because I dont want loose anything from my phone.

When you backup on Link you have several choices. Just be sure to do a complete backup. and then when you restore later....you can do a selective restore and choose what goes back on.

Now as far as updating...how are you going to do it? OTA? then you won't need to restore.
By autoloader? Then you WILL need to restore.
By Sachesi? you will NOT need to restore.

Well then you don't have to worry about doing a backup at all. OTA updates should never wipe your phone

But fell free to backup all your stuff if you really feel the need to

I did my update over link and a backup before the update, went perfect bout an hour and we're good to go .
