No. And your best hope of getting it back to normal IS an autoloader.

...and yes, to be clear, the autoloader will wipe all internal storage (but not your sd card)...

You can try hitting it with a core-only (no-wipe) autoloader. I built one for you. If it doesn't catch, reboot phone while autoloader is running.
