Need hand-holding to side-load Evernote for Android, where can I get it?

Need hand-holding to side-load Evernote for Android.

Native BB10 app isn't capable of showing the Business notebooks when subscribed to the Business tier of service. It still only shows Personal notebooks. My Android tablet, however, shows both Personal and Business.

I've never side-loaded anything before. I've used my BB10s strictly in the official-release BB/VZW formats.

Why bother when there's a native BB10 app?
