    Good day,
First time posting, 100% not a tech guy. I've been fumbling my way through my new work issued Q10 the last three weeks and I am done with it. The 10 is not user friendly compared to my 9900, way too many movements to make things happen. I use the phone for work, email, sending and receiving pictures and docs and talking on it, nothing fancy. I can run the 9900 without looking at the phone. I've got my 9900 back from my employer and need to data transfer back. This is not as easy as I thought it would be apparently. Bell store guy tells me that the BB10 OS cannot go backwards.

Now I have to assume that although the Bell store guy says it can't happen I truly believe this community of super smart people can tell me the real yes or no.

    Any help is appreciated.

Tragic I don't know anything about transferring back to another phone but I would urge you to stick it out with the Q10. BB7 is a dead end. You will have to switch to something eventually and if you already made the switch now is the right time to stick it out. Honestly I love my Q10. Once you get a hang of it everything is really fluid and it's only gonna get better.
