Thanks a lot mate but one quick question. Is it possible to sideload APK. files directly or do I need to convert them first to BAR. files?

You'll need to convert them to .bar files if you aren't running 10.2.1.1055 or up.
Not on official 10.2 :) You're going to have to install the 10.2.1.1055 leak to sideload APK files directly. Till then it's BAR files.
